My Favorite Recipes from World According to Eggface

Anyone following a lower carb diet or one who has considered (or had) bariatric surgery knows about Shelly’s blog, World According to Eggface. If you’ve never heard of Shelly then let me take this moment to introduce you to Michelle “Shelly” Vicari and her fabulous blog, The World According To Eggface.

Shelly’s about me section states:

I had my guts rearranged (RNY gastric bypass surgery June 2006) and I’m a Franken Barbie via a little plastic surgery. This blog is basically me rambling about my world. I also post recipes that I’ve adapted to make weight loss surgery friendly.

This blog has lots of tasty, simple recipes that are higher in protein and lower in carbs than the traditional American diet. These recipes are excellent for bariatric surgery patients, diabetics, low carbers and just about everyone.

  1. the thing is, diet is very useful, but not for all of us. For the ones who suffer from severe obesity problems, bariatric surgery seems to be the best option. Have u ever considered bariatric surgery in Mexico?
