Cheese Ball Day

National Cheeseball Day Follow Me on Pinterest

Cheese is probably my favorite food and I’m constantly searching for ways to have it. Lucky for me, it’s National Cheese Ball Day! What a great excuse to try a new recipe and eat some fabulous cheese. As many of you, I’ve had cheese ball’s at events and it truly is the “go to” item to take to a gathering or to serve; however, I’ve never made one before. Being that I didn’t want to commit to making just one cheese ball, I decided to try this Mini Cheese Balls recipe by the Food Network.

This recipe turned out amazing. It was so easy, quick and tasty. The two cheese balls on the left are dill and paprika. The two in the middle are pecans and walnut/dates. The two on the right are black sesame and white sesame. My favorite was the walnut and date cheese ball.

CJ, I eat cheese like its going out fashion when I’m home. So these are really getting my juices going while I’m away from home. Shall be straight to the shops when I get back.

  9. Thanks for stopping by. I think cheese ball day needs to be duringbthe holidays. I like these mini balls. Lol

    • There is no rhyme or reason to when these food holidays get set, sometimes. I do agree that from October to January there are tons of parties and that would make more sense. Oh, well. It was a perfect excuse to have cheeseballs yesterday. Thanks for stopping by the site!

  10. I’m thinking: “Woohoo! Lots of cheese balls just for me!” That’s what I’m thinking!
