Today is Eat What You Want Day. Always celebrated on May 11th, the holidaygives us all a chance to eat things we normally wouldn’t. Now this doesn’t give us free license to eat as much as we want, just some things we don’t normally eat. Originally, I had intended to eat whatever I wanted at least once today so I really thought long and hard about what I wanted. Honestly, I couldn’t come up with just one or two things. Because I limit my carbs, of course that was the first thing that came into my mind.
After more thinking, I just wanted ALL the carbs so I decided I’d better not participate. I finally decided to have a virtual Eat What You Want Day and show you all the things I would eat if I could eat with abandon.
