What do you think?

  1. Helloooo rocky road ice cream-mmmmmmm. When I was little I was so confused by rocky road and “moose tracks” for some odd reason. I don’t know. I was so stuck on vanilla the endless flavors perplexed me.

    • Sarah … I don’t eat ice cream that often so I didn’t make this, I bought it at the grocery store; however, I have made ice cream many times and used several sugar replacers. Depends on the flavor but I have used splenda, whey low and sugar free davinci sweetening syrup successfully.

  6. I think it would be a little hard to ignore this, you know, casually lying around ;)

  8. I didn’t think it would be possible to eat a sugar-free ice cream – especially a rocky road one. It does look amazing and just like the ‘real’ thing. I’ll have to check out the photo thingy – wasn’t aware of it! xx

    • Charlie … That’s how the manufacturers get us. This is not sugar free but “no sugar added” which means they didn’t add extra sugar to the original ingredients. Lots of government regulations but there are carbs in here, my friend … Trust me :-)

  9. Hubby loves Rockyroad. I am totally Vanilla :)) I read somewhere that Vanilla is more adventurous, daring, fun, etc etc…..well, even if it was not so, I would still be Vanilla :))
Love the pics. At this point though, pictures are my sore point. My one month old ancient blog is coming along nicely, but for the pics. Maybe I’ll submit one.
