Today I’m doing a guest post for Kim over at Treats & Trinkets where her blog is focused on food and fun. She is one of our amazing judges for our Food Stories Award and currently, she’s doing a series on S’mores … Yum :-)
When Kim and I talked about a guest post, I immediately knew I would be making a brownie recipe. You see, I’m a little OCD about some things and finding a great brownie recipe has eluded me for years. Because of my diabetes, I try to eat lower carb foods. Obviously, some foods just cannot have the carbs removed and still be good. I’m beginning to think that brownies are in this category but I’m not ready to give up yet … Brownies, you won’t beat me!

Amazing. I have to share this recipe with my sister-in-law. The nieces and nephew were explaining to use the disastrous low-carb brownies that their mother tried to make. It must have been truly terrible to hear them tell. These, however, look and sound amazing. Will have to check out the post.
