It is such a huge honor to announce our third winner for the Food Stories Award for Excellence in Storytelling!
A huge round of applause for Karen & Corby from We Call Him Yes! Chef! :-)
The tagline for their blog is because life is too short to eat cr**py (bad) food and I couldn’t agree more!
From their blog … My husband, Corby, is the cook around our house and I am the photographer (it’s not that I don’t like to cook…he’s just better at it and I’m fine with that!) We call him Yes! Chef! because we love him and we love his food. And when we help him, and he asks us to do something, we don’t question it…we just say, “Yes! Chef!” Although, he did not graduate from culinary school, and he is not an “official” chef, he is a fabulous cook. He has worked in a restaurant as a line cook and he does a little catering at some of the local wineries. I hope to highlight his food and recipes and some of my own food through my photography. That’s all…food and photography. Well, maybe a little about our life. But mostly this blog is about food that my husband (and sometimes I) make and we get to eat (right after I photograph it).
