    I love gazpacho and this one looks as beautiful at I’m sure it tastes! You can just tell that this is a velvety textured and sophisticated gaspacho. It is even finished with a drizzle of high quality evoo and some crunchy veggie brunoise and garlic kissed croutons. This is so unlike most that you find in restaurants today which look and taste like yesterday’s salad veg blended into baby food mush with a dash of hot sauce and inferior olive oil to make it taste different.
